Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using morsolo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

morsolo is a subscription-based platform that uses AI to automatically generate, optimize, and publish blog content on your behalf. The Service includes blog post generation, SEO and GEO optimization, a content calendar, and publishing tools.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and keep it up to date.

You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without their permission. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

morsolo offers paid subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate associated with your chosen plan. All payments are processed by Stripe.

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel before the new price takes effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Distribute spam, malware, or other harmful content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract data from the Service
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
  • Use the Service for any purpose that competes with morsolo without our written consent

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these restrictions without notice or refund.

6. AI-Generated Content

The blog posts generated by the Service are produced by AI models (Google Gemini and/or Anthropic Claude). While we aim for quality and accuracy, we make no guarantees about the factual accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of AI-generated content.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and publishing content generated by the Service. You should not publish content that you have not reviewed. We are not liable for any consequences arising from published AI-generated content including but not limited to inaccuracies, copyright claims, or reputational harm.

You retain full ownership of the content generated for your account. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your generated posts.

7. Intellectual Property

The morsolo platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and branding, is owned by us and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or branding.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use your site name, niche description, and other inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

8. Uptime and Availability

We strive to keep morsolo available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from downtime or service interruptions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR NEEDS.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MORSOLO AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your account at any time via your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
